Larri Davison Example

LarriLarri has drawn from an early age and won her first art prize at the tender age of five!

Formal art training ended at A level, and although accepted for both fine art and fashion design courses Larri turned down the opportunities and instead spent a number of years working with her favourite subjects - horses.

Having spent many years working with, loaning and now owning horses, Larri has a true understanding of the confirmation, movement and nature of them and this truly shines out in the many equestrian works she has produced.

Although best known for her work as an equestrian artist, Larri has produced pictures of many different subjects - from children to family pets, houses and even fantasy art, and her own canine and feline friends have been the subject of many sketches.

Larri will always strive to get a feel for her subject and to truly portray both their looks and charachter. Her wonderfully natural style lends itself to producing her amazingly life like portraits and many happy clients will testify to this.

You can see further details of Larri's work and find out how to commission a portrait on her feature page.

How to Enter

Following the success of the last competition we will continue the multi-round knockout style. Due to the Christmas holidays we will run it over into the New year with several rounds of questions which you'll need to answer successfully to be able to take part in the next round.

Don't worry, the early question will be easy and consist of a mix of general knowledge horse questions and information that can be found on the site.

For the final, the questions will be a little bit trickier and along with a tie-breaker we will pick the winner.

The competition is now closed an we'll announce the winner soon but if you'd like to see the answers we've added them to the pages below.

The final round is now open.

Here's the link to the first round, and round 2 and round 3 if you haven't already entered.
