Flying Change
  Its when the horse changes directly from cantering with the left leg leading to cantering with the right leg leading.

Foxglove

Frog
  Is the wedge-shaped lump on the under surface of the hoof, containing about 50% water, it is part of the weight bearing structure of the hoof. As it comes into contact with the ground acts as a buffer to absorb the impact and helps, prevent slipping.
