How to Upload a Photograph to your Advert

We strongly advise you to add a photograph to your advert if at all possible. It will make your advert much more appealing to potential customers. If you can arrange it, a posed shot will show off your horse's features to the best. Here's a good example...

Horse pose

More tips on taking a good photograph can be seen in our How To section.

There are several ways you can add the photograph into your advert.

Electronically

If you have them in electronic form (GIF or JPEG no larger than 50KB and no bigger than 300 by 300 pixels) you can upload them directly from your computer into the classified advert system, either at the time of placing your advert or latter.

When you place a new advert, after you have filled out the form, previewed and then posted your new advert the classified system will prompt you for files to upload.

If you don't have the pictures at the time of placing the advert you can add them in later by clicking on 'Modify Adverts' under the 'Advert Options' menu on the left hand side menu of the classified system. After you've logged on, you'll see a link to the 'Multimedia Manager' where you can add your pictures.

Manually

If you have ordinary photographs pop them in an envelope and send to

New Rider
Priors Court
Callow End
WORCESTER
WR2 4TJ

Please indicate clearly your name, contact details and the advert number they refer to. Include a S.A.E if you'd like them returned.

If you have your pictures in electronic form you can also send them in on a floppy disk to the above address.
