We have been helping holiday visitors and locals enjoy horses for 29 years. We cater for private horses as well with their owners. We use natural horsemanship methods as taught by Ray Hunt and the Dorrance Brothers in California.
The West Highland estate of Lunga lies just 100 miles from Glasgow. Its untarred road and tracks pass through many types of riding country. The stables overlook Scotland's newest sizeable yatch harbour, Craohh Haven 22 miles South of Oban on the Sound of Jura with views across the Firth of Lorne to the islands of the Inner Hebrides.
The centre was founded in 1972 with Appaloosa horses brought back from Argentina. Lu is a Western Equestrian Society Approved Instructor BHS AI and has a lifetimes experience of many branches of horsemanship.
