Sally has an easy to follow style to explain how the rider interacts with the horse. With lots of visual examples she demonstrates her unique way of teaching. Useful and thought provoking about the effects you have on your horse.

Don't be put off by the title - it's suitable for all ages of rider to read. Lots of information about riding and horse care.

Written by someone who understands that we aren't all the ideal shape, fit or have a natural flair for riding but we can still improve and gets lots of pleasure out of it. Gives hope to all of us.
