T-Touch

Just before Christmas, I learnt about this type of massage call the T-Touch. I didn't learn much about just that it can help relax horses and ponies and is a way of bonding with them. I've tries performing it on a stressy mare in my riding school, but I don't think I'm doing it right.
Does anyone know how to perform the T-Touch correctly and does it have any other benifits to the horse?
