What's wrong with that? That's how I always sit??? :p

Actually Dee - that's one of those "Tilt-back Neck Saddles" - they're all the rage I hear....

Shocking....

Why are you looking at horses for sale.... getting another??? ;)

Does that happen to a well know dealer of which we are all so fond?

It's horrific and the poor horse's back will be knackered. How on earth can anyone think that that is normal - ever the newest rider will see it's ridiculous.:(

I was checking out the site for Imp.

I contacted this dealer on our search last year - she was really nice and introduced us to the yard where we bought Cooper.

Her horses were just too small for OH that is why we didn't buy from her.

She was so nice to the point of being overprotective to suit OH and my needs.

I'm not sure which dealer you mean PL but as I have nothing bad to say apart from the saddle positions I'll post the site.:D

No, I don't think it is, but they certainly do need some help in putting a saddle on correctly - and some riding lessons wouldn't go amiss either:eek:

i bet they had to put it that far up its neck just to get it to stop bucking long enough to take a picture.

its back is probably already damaged and any weight and its up in the air.
