Hrm, I don't know. I'm trying to remember some of the things I've covered or seen covered:
-basic feeding
-grooming
-basic first aid
-how to bandage properly
-tack cleaning and care
-general signs of lameness or sickness in a horse
-stall cleaning
-poisonous plants
That's all I can remember. Just have fun with it and ask questions!

If you're not riding, I would just wear something comfy that can get dirty. Although it does help if you wear paddock boots with it-because chances are you will be doing things that get you and your feet dirty
