Some videos for critique.

Just got some videos done of my lesson with the new horse. I've been riding him since late November, but it's been fairly sporadic due to weather and time.

Some history...both of us coming off a long vacation!! So we are both getting back into the swing of things and getting to know each other all at the same time. I had a bad time about a year ago and lost all of my confidence so I'm slowly building it up again, today felt great! Odie is an experienced 1.10m horse, has wind in 1.20m YEARS ago, does really well .90-1.00m, which is what I plan on doing with him this summer, he hasn't jumped that in a few years so we are taking it slow for both our sanity (hence the embarassingly low low jumps :o :o ).

One question besides just giving us a general critique, do I look too big for him? He's not the biggest fella and I'm fairly tall, what do you think?

Can't tell from the vids as they are a bit dark, from what I could see you had him going really well, nice and balanced and you didn't appear to be overly big for him:)

urg I guess they are too dark! I hate having to ride indoors, can't get proper video footage:mad: :mad: hopefully I'll get sme better stuff when we can go outside again!
