Is there anybody out there that knows where I could get a ported 4 inch long liverpool bit for my sec b? By the way, the cheaper the better. I have tried ebay, but trying to find any type of 4 inch bit is like trying to get blood from a stone....!

Wally would probably be able to get you one but it would be specially made and not the cheapest, however I have a driving pony with a 4" and keep my eyes open for weeny bits and have never seen a 4" ported liverpool so specially made might be your best option. I know what you mean about 4" bits!

My ponies had very small narrow mouths and had great difficulty finding show bits for them. You would be able to get one from [URL="freedmanharness.com/"] although he is in Canada I found them cheaper than getting them made here. I also used to find bits at the county shows especially the saddlers from Walsall, most of my ponies were either 4 1/2 or 4 3/4 inches which proved impossible to find bits for.
