hi all
i've mentioned this before several months ago , but
middleton park , near white rose in leeds have started up their unaff dressage again
it was stopped last year due to lack of entries
anyway , it's up & running & is a fab venue with indoor warmup & competing on great surfaces
it's a really well run place & also an rda centre
so anyone looking for somewhere to compete , i'd definately recommend it
their dates can be found on the riding diary

Yes, I popped in at the weekend to pick up some details, so I could discuss dates etc with my instructor. Sadly they didn't have any info they could give me.
Probably aiming for the one at the beginning of March, if i can sort out some transport......
Question - do you get your score/write up straight away, or do you have to hang around waiting until the class is finished?

they do generally want you to wait til the end of the class to see what the placings are , but i'm sure if you said you needed to get off they would let you have it
at some places where i've been in the placings but needed to leave if you leave a bit of cash for an envelope & stamp they will post your things on
the classes there have not tended to be huge anyway & between you & me if you ask for a late time ( which i usually do due to saturday night frivolities! )they generally accomodate
shame they didn't have any schedules , bit odd as they have advertised in yorkshire post too

think they are doing 4 march
give me a shout if you are going as i will prob go , westfield park is on the same day which i kind of like as they do two novice tests , however i much prefer middleton park as a venue as westfield indoor warmup is a bit small & they run two arenas at once , the second being outdoor with really small warmup that can be farly rubbish going if the weathers bad

Thanks Andrea. I'm discussing it with RI this weekend, so I'll let you know:)
