Missing horses?

What about an idea for a forum for past horses/missing/stolen/first horses people are trying to locate. I have a couple myself I would like to hear how they are getting on, and noticed quite a few others to looking

Yeah that sounds like a good idea....so many people have started posts on this and have requests for info about certain horses written in their signatures. Thumbs up from me! :D

Would be good, I was tracing my old share horse but found someone who knew about him on another forum, that's now closed and it would be good if other updates could be received !

hi, i thought about this the other day actually. since summer there's been a poster up in my yards tack room from a girl who had her horse stolen. it's a really sad story so i think that since this website has so many connections it would be a good idea!!

Im quite new to this forum, but I think a section for stolen / missing searching for horses, would be very useful.
My horse was stolen on 1st June 06, and I would like to be able to put him on as many sites as possible, as the internet has such a wide audience.

I dont know how to post pics on here yet. but I will when ive worked it out.

If you go to www.photobucket.com and register and account ( all free) then you upload your pics onto the site.. and paste the links (which you will see underneath your uploaded pictures in ' my album' ) into your new rider message.

Toby photo -Not sure if I should put it here, but his details are 14.3hh tri coloured gelding, aged 16+. Both eyes are brown. Was lame in right shoulder with arthritus. Stolen from Telford on 1 /6 /16. He is microchipped, but not freeze marked.

Denbenji, I have replied to your message - hope Ive done it right!

He has about 10 inches of bone, he was used for breeding before I bought him and had only just been gelded - so he was entire until approx age 12. He is very heavily built. But a very, very gentle horse.

If anyone knows of him or has seen him, please get in touch with me, I just want him to come home and if someone has bought him not knowing he was stolen, please still get in touch - I need to know he is ok.

I think that would be a great idea, I had a friend who's horse was stolen years ago and they never found her and I've always wanted to track two of the horses I had on loan as a kid.
