I had such a great lesson today my rising trot and sitting trot were so good!! :D :D :D I was able to do more then ever my knees were holding up great too. My RI said it is the best she has seem me do of my sitting and rising trot all year! :D :D. i am so happy with my self now i feal like i am going forward.
