Maybe get someone to check your grammar, as I (and certainly some other people) can't understand what you are asking as it does not make grammatical sense and isn't really proper sentences!! (sorry to sound harsh I just am frustrated because I don't understand you!) :D

I think I understand - your friend is riding a pony that starts out ok and then starts running backwards and kicking out.

I would tell her to make sure she isn't pulling on its mouth too much. Sometimes hands that hold too tightly on the reins make a pony run backwards. Otherwise when it does it, keep legs on and don't let the pony think it can get away with going back. If you have to stand still for ages make sure you do that rather than giving up and letting the pony go in the direction it wants. In the end it will give up and go forwards.

I rode a pony that did this when playing gymkhana games if it knew it was next to go. If I surprised her she'd go forward but if she knew she was next she got over excited and ran backwards. Maybe your friend just has to work out what makes her tick to work out why the pony is doing this and then to work out how to stop her.

Perhaps his saddle doesn't fit, ot he has sharp teeth making his mouth sore?
