Showing for Children

Hi, Hope to get some help from showing people:D

Nine year old daughter and 12.2hh little pony would like to have a go at showing in hand or ridden. Gymkhana games are far too exciting for our little pony and now chloe is 9 she would not be eligible for the lead rein games. They will do 1' 9" jumping and maybe by the summer 2' but when we go to shows they would like to have a go at something else.

Pony is not a pure bred Welsh sec B crossed with something:confused: .

What sort of classes would be good for a beginner, nothing that is taken too seriously as we are on a confidence building mission:D

Family/handy pony-dependent on what they require at your local shows.

What about fancy dress, pony the judge would most like to take home, most hadsome gelding/prettiest mare.
