of my lesson yesterday. Hah, t'was funny. I was on Spider, who I can sort of tell him apart from other horses, but I've never really seen him before, and I didn't want to go wandering around Wellington's stables in the dark looking for a horse I wasn't sure of.

So I asked a WP where he was and she went and got him for me. When she brought him out I was like - :o !! He looked huge! He was lovelyy on the flat! Round in canter! Whooot. Did some walk/canter/walk and halt/trot/halt and all went well, so I was looking forwards to jumping him. Now - weeks of jumping Snap and Piglet certainly have made me lazy! I spent the entire lesson booting this beautiful big horse into fences that were FAR to small for him. I did like him though, although he wasn't really my sort of horse.

Hey,
Only one thing- Spider likes a smoother turn into fences purely because he's so big!! Good vid though!

S'not cos he's so big - I've ridden bigger horses than him that would turn like a 128cm JA! He is veryyyyy stiff. Took about 20mins working long and low to do a nice trot, bless him...

They were as smooth as I could make them :P hard to get used to him after riding a little 15.1 welshieee <3 constantly outside welly! LOL!

His size definitiely plays a part because Albert, Kitty, Hannah and Blue are all the same. I never noticed much stiffness I must say, but he does sometimes get confused with where to put his legs!
