What are WHP classes? Is there an exact breed or height that you have to have to enter? Are there age restrictions e.g riders U16 on ponies 14.2 and under? Is it just jumping natural/rustic fences?

You jump a course of rustic fences first, and then go back in with the rest of the class and do an individual show, and run up in-hand.
There's often diffent classes for heights of horse/pony and/or age of rider depending on the show. There's also classes for M+M's. Aswell as classes for either novice or open depending on what the horse and rider have won.
They're good fun:D

My local shows are really good in that there is always a class for adults to compete ponies in eg pony up to 15hh, rider 12 and over. I'm going to do some with my 13.3hh connemara loan pony this year, and i'm nearly 24. There is only one show down here that holds M & M WHP classes unfortunately.

Oh I forgot to say, i'm sure under 16's can compete over 14.2hh at the shows down here at least.
