hi i had my first riding lesson today and i was given a driving lesson from my aunt and that helped take my mind off it and i wasnt nervus anymore

Well, I used to be a very nervous rider and I would always get flustered when things went wrong. You just have to tell yourself to relax if you get scared and just get through it, and then after you're like "oh, that wasn't so bad!"

first off welcome to NR! :D i was like that when i had my first ever lesson. i found once i was on the horse i was fine and i dind't think about it then. i guess to busy thinking about doing what i had to do lol. Good luck with your lesson. let us know how it goes ok? :D
