Sometimes I just love to be with HQ as she eats her tea, so I hold her feedbucket up, propped on the stable door. She goes all sleepy and dreamy, and I love these moments.
Her wiggly upper lip has a mind of its own, I'll swear, cos it just keeps sweepin up that ole dinner while horsey seems far away in her thoughts...

Oh good , I thought perhaps it was just me who thinks that wiggly bit in their top lip is one of the best bits of a horse!:p I , too , sat this evening watching Bill hoover up his feed , rooting around for the best bits first. (Then he scoots the whole lot over trying to see if he's missed anything under his food bowl:rolleyes: ).I could watch him all night , but I think he'd get a bit fed up with me!! I don't think he thinks about me as much as I think about him !!

Oooooh snuffly heaven...I love the way they move their mouths..and the noise of the snuffle...Used to love it when Thom the palamino used to snuffle my hair..(probably trying to eat it) ...I know I'm soft in the head..xxxx

That's very cute... :) I just discovered last week that they can eat corn of a cob!!! :) Those lips are just like hands!!!

sooo cute.... I love sitting next to my horse when he is having his dinner....he often gives me a food smooch between mouthfuls.... :)
