It was really silly actually, something spooked him. He was spinning, half rearing and crow hopping. I realized I wasn't going to stay on and let go so I wouldn't hurt him. I fell on my back hard and cell dug on my back pocket (ordering a boot strap for it so my butt doesn't take the brunt anymore!) LOL

anyway, it was not a bad thing, I was scared to fall, now I feel it was no big deal. Weird to say it was helpful? hahha a

I pulled a muscle over my rib so I'm not looking forward to posting (definately not cantoring) This last week we were snowed in with crazy 4 feet high snow drifts and zero degree temps that were just brutal. (thank god for ariat artic boots, worth ever single penny!)

Now the share I have tells me he was rearing and bucking on the lunge line and a psychotic idiot riding at first. Then he calmed later and she rode the steam out of him. (right now they all have excessive steam and not much outlet but arena riding)
Thank god for young teens that like stupid horses like my boy. LOL

I keep daydreaming of the first time we can hack out with someone.. We have beautiful trails there and can't wait to try them out.

Awww - bless you both!

You put you feet up with a hot waterbottle and rest your muscle, some deep heat might make it feel abit better.
have a couple of days off till you feel better :)

You're so right. I used an electric heating pad the first few days. It would spasm (and how I knew it was muscle related) really bad. THe heat would immediately take the pain down to tolerable. It's about near gone though, yay!
