jennys mud fever is nearly all gone at last!!! theres just a few little dreggs that i cant get to due to all her hair.
i cant really afford to have someone out to clip her legs so would i be ok to do it with human clippers?? i just want to do the bit under her fetlocks not her whole legs so i can get to the last little bits of mud fever.
ive tryed trimming with sissors but i cant trim the hair close enough

also if i were to do i with human clippers would i need to use one of the little guard things?

Hey, if there is scabs the clippers wont go through. But ive used human ones succesfully for teeny areas.
Good luck!

I used to use human clippers for legs. They do a good enough job...:)

thanks guys

theres no scabs as such just a few small still sore areas about the size of 5pence pieces on her 2 white legs. the rest has all gone at last!!

how long will it take the hair to grow back if i make a hash of it??

OH wont let me near him with the clippers after the first time i cut his hair!

Jenny wont care if you give her an odd 'hair-do' on her legs, as long as she is more comfy without the mud fever then I wouldnt worry :D I clip Max's legs on occasions and the hair grows back after about 6 weeks.
