Doggie at full stretch! (Sorry about the scratchy pic, twas OH's phone)

Angel has a new 'user name' of Tilda :) She can keep 'Angel' for best;)

What a dear girl she is, to be sure, settling in nicely and trying so hard to do the correct thing; she's very bright .

Minnow and Rhu are resigned to having The Big Lass taking over the sofas, and are beginning to gel with her.

Tilda loves a cuddle, and will lean on you all day, if allowed, with a goofy look on her face! AaaaaaaaaaaaW!!

We LOVE her to bits:) :) :)

Oh thats so sweet! I love Angel updates :) Hopefully they will all be cuddling up on the couch in no time...

I think she really must have some temperament... when she was under my responsibility she had three foster homes, and spent 10 days in the kennels, followed by her trip to the UK in a van full of dogs. Even when I found her, she was emaciated and still could wag her tail at me. She just seems to be a happy creature :)
So cute.

Myself and OH found her as a stray. She was straying near a farm that just had young lambs and the farmer was going to shoot her if nothing was done. As we already have two of our own in a tiny house with no garden, keeping her wasnt an option.. and all the rescues were full up with the post-Christmas dog-dumping season. So we undertook to find a home for her, and Little Dolphins stepped in.

Gorgeous girlie - how comfy looking is that!

Don't you dog owners get jealous sometimes as you head off to work and the doggies are snuggled up somewhere like that?

If only they could vacuum or do the dishes or something when you were out

Soooo delighted she is settling in LD.

Take care,

She doesn't look too impressed, does she? She wanted to run after the bunnies:rolleyes:

:D at times its hard to believe how much energy is stored inside a greyhound, even the elderly ones.Last week my sisters , Mr Jed went on a power mission, you would think at 14 years old he wouldn't,he had us in stitches, its great when they can show their real character.
Lovely pictures.

Dodging back over from the thread on General here...:D

...to report on the new raincoats OH ordered, made to measure from our local greyhound rescue centre, for our Irish girlie and the whippety ones!

Angeltoes looks kinda embarassed, and the whippets look camera-shy; ooh no pictures, Mum!

We took them all out for a walk after this pic, and they minced along very sedately, as if they didn't want to get their nice new clothes dirty!

OH has gone a bit nutty on the dogs lately.I told him if they had a Mothercare for canines, he'd be in there every day!! Wish he'd get loopy in the tackshop too:p :D

Woohoo - gorgeous coats!!

You'll not miss them if they go for a run will you?:D

I'm a bit disappointed that they are not hi viz, though!!:p

Doggies are looking lovely LD.

Lucky, lucky Angeltoes.

Heehee... we had a coat for our whippie too and whenever we put it on him he always assumed this "Gosh, I hope no-one I know sees me in this" look! He too "minced" whilst wearing it and in the end we gave up and just made him move quickly to keep warm.... far easier!!!! :)

They're nice coats... I need one badly for Bob as he showers us every time he comes in from a wet walk... far too hairy that fella..

Is it the rescue that sells them? How much are they? I might get a couple myself
