Last May I got a horse. Dutch warmblood by Cortland. It was meant to be a short term thing, but hey a year on, hes registered in my name. Hes gorgeous. rising five slate grey sharp as a knife showjumper.

I dont, never have and never will jump!
Louise Stonestreet trains him and rides him.We went to Royal leisure our local jumping arena for a first outing.

He was well excited but good as gold in the lorry. Jumped a quick clear round in the clear round jumping and straight into Affiliated British Novice.

I am so proud of both of them. 4 faults, but they were soooooo very brilliant.

Well done Lou. Well done Jenson. Watch this space.

After jumping Lou went on to jump a second horse Skippy in the 105's Skippy came second. Fab.

Jenson was loaded back into the lorry. I was looking at him from the living section in that picture. He was so shocked that we could get to him! He was really funny.

Long long story. He is gorgeous. Very very special, hopefully will take Lou far along her road. Got by accident, loved all the same!

Err. Im on the hunt for annother driver for me! Cilla is sold subject to trial and vetting to a fab family and a great young male teenager. Jimmy the naughty shetland went last week.

Questy cant work properly till next year, Pinnochio is quite aged for his work load. Im looking for a schoolmaster driver to teach me to compete!

Oh and at leat one more fjord to team with Questy!

Miggy- sorry, Iknow, just greedy!

No I never ride him. Since hes been at the yard, no-one but Lou has ridden him. He is a very tricky handful.

NoviceNic, No one knew, it was a very private deal, originally short term, but now a longer term project. I have hinted in some of my posts recently.

Questy is only rising three. Plan is for Lou to break him to ride reasonably soon, get him going forward, then be turned away until late summer. He will then go to Pippa Basset to be broken to drive. Back to me Sept/October all going well. I can drive him then. I dont want to rush his education too much. Hes a really sweetie.

I am going to get better pictures of Jenson. Yesterday I didnt want to take too many incase I spooked him!He is a really silly boy. I was more nervous than Lou at the show!
