Sorry mods if this is in the wrong place, but I didn't know where else to put it.
Has anyone had any problems with the washing of this rug?
I bought mine late last year and have just sent it to the wash. The lady from the wash rang me tonight to say that she has washed it several times because the first time it came out with what she describes as a sticky residue on it and she can't get rid of it. It has been washed at 30 degrees. She has offered to replace the rug or give me money for a new one, but I just wondered if anyone else has encountered similar problems either with this rug or any other.
BTW it is a Rhino Plus, this winters range. I do intend to write to Horseware and ask them for their opinion.
