I have been too tired to post this earlier. I am not sure if I have got all the % right as it was a very long weekend.

Saturday - Affiliated at Harolds Park Farm. We were all trying our new ways of going after our lesson. We all did Prelim 18 Chelle rode a lovely test but the judge slamed her scoring 58%. I cant remember what Gina scored in the open section. I scored 61% and came 6th. Gina Rode N21 and scored 65% and came 3rd. Then I rode N32 I felt it was a bad test, I was getting tired and it showed as marks got lower as test went on. Somehow I scored 62.20% and again came 6th. It was the same judge as P18.

Chelle was writing for a judge while he was doing his practice juding. The plan was we would go hiome and leave Chelle there (with a car) to get the boys done. As some of you may have heard there was a nasty accident on the M25 at the junction we need to get home. We decided to wait and see if it cleared. This was not to be the case instead more and more roads were getting closed due to accidents. By 4pm we decided we had to try we had loaded the lorry at about 6.30am and really need to get us and the boys home. Afer taking a very round about route leaving Essex into Hertfordshire, touching Cambridgshire and then back into Essex we go bact to the yard at 8.45pm!

To top this off the lorry was playing up. Losing power when the engine warmed up.

Sunday - Load the lorry again at 8.30 off to Patchets. The boys were all tired we were tired and it showed. N21 I scored 58% and I think Chelle got 59% Gina scored 65% and came 3rd. Then Chelle and I had N38 a long arena test I scored 55% and Chelle scored 54%. We were all very pleased with the boys as it was obvious they were tired, at least they tried.

The novice placing also mean I have achived my first 2 BD points. This means I spent yesterday phoning round canceling my prelim trailblazer 2nd rounds.
