Anyone elses Dr Cook bow out at the cheek pieces? I had a copy of a Dr Cook a while back and that did it too but I thought maybe the Cook wouldn't, being higher quality. I was sure I read somewhere that it meant the noseband wasn't tight enough so I tightened that but it still did it. Any ideas anyone?:)

I have no ideas for you. Sorry. But we do have Dr Cook's for the QH as well as the TB and none of them bow out. Ours are the Beta material.
Have you contacted their customer service? Perhaps they have an idea?

Thanks Karin :) This one is the beta too. I haven't contacted anyone yet, it just happened this afternoon and naturally first port of call unless it involves gushing blood is normally NR:D I will get in touch with them I think, good idea:)

Mine does a bit but it's never really been a problem. The noseband not being tight enough makes it worse because it can move up the face. I think I just don't have a hole in the noseband in the ideal place so there's nothing between cheekpieces bowing slightly and too tight, but I've never worried about it because it's never caused any problems.

Oh see now there could be the difference! I simply made a hole where I needed it so mine fits just perfectly. :p

In the noseband. Like Melanie's it seemed to either be a tad too loose or a tad too tight so I made a hole in between to make it just right when the buckle on the noseband is closed.
