team building with horses

Has anyone ever attended a business team building seminar where they used horses to develop teamwork among employees? Need some good ideas that won't get anyone killed. I know out west they do cattle drives and I know they do white water rafting sometimes here, but I need arena projects.

Despite my horse addiction, I think going on a team building riding thing with my work mates would be terrible, I'd just get stressed and start bossing them around and not enjoying the horse!:eek:

hee hee:D I think there are groups that will come in and do it all for you but I haven't attended one personally. I saw a demonstration at an Equine affair a few years ago...it was great!!
