My friend and myself went to the local college for a course on the A.T. It lasted for about three months over the winter term. We enjoyed it so much we went back for a further course. It helps you so much especially with your posture. I had hurt my back and it certainly helped the pain as well. So many people just slump around, totally unaware of how they are distorting their bodies.
