hi was just wondering if max could be clipped for showing, as he sweats easily and i want him to look smart.

well i dont do it his owner does, its where he is almost fully clipped apart from his legs and where the saddle goes, i dnt know what its called lol...

If a horse is clipped for showing in summer it's all, legs included, or nothing.
What classes are you doing?

its only a small local show, erm i might do are..
riding horse, ridden hunter, open horse, novice horse, and utility.
they'res more than one show so i will do different classes each time probably but they will all be from the above.

Yes then. It's only native types (or those shown as such) that cannot be clipped.
You just need to take everything off (face and legs included) and figure out how long it takes for him to look his best (ie one week, two weeks) so you aren't turning up at shows with clip lines.
