Does anyone know a good homeopathist as I believe they could be helpful with my Shiverer/EPSM horse

I don't know anyone who specifically practices equine homoeopathy, although our own vet does use it as do I. The book we both use is by George Macleod and is not very expensive (about£7 I think), it is really comrehensive and gives doses in detail. If you can't get it PM me with specific symptoms and I will look them up for you. BTW if you do use the homoeopathy remedies get the one's marketed for humans as they work out much cheaper.
