Suncream

HI,

Just wondering the bext suncream to use on my Grey. He is quite white on the nose and need something to protect him.

Can you use human sunscreen? Tyler and I could share tha factor 50 lol

you could use human stuff but i use sudocreme on my mares pink nose and it works brilliantly and stays on better.

I used pure Zinc cream that you can buy from chemists,it worked really well on my old boys pink nose.

I use any brand of baby sun block - works well on my pink nosed horses.

I used babies nappy rash cream I think its similar to Dinas Zinc cream. Cheap to buy and stays put all day.

i used the nettex sun cream last year (suitable for humans too but don't know what factor it is :p) but my mare was allergic to it :eek: i was fine but my mare's know got scabby etc. i've heard if it doesn't do that then its really good :p

Sudocrem - cheap and cheerful and it's zinc based so its a total block.
