I know that the Poo changes on new grazing. I just wondered if you think I should muzzle Captain for a week. Just to let his belly settle on the new grazing.....His poo has turned a little sloppy over the last fortnight since being on the Summer grazing at the old yard and today he is on new grazing.........

We have an old mare who has runny poos and a local vet suggested adding a couple of tablespoons of plain flour to her feed. We have done that and she has no runny poos! :D

Yeah she has sugar beet as well as top spec flakes and she loves it. You cant see the flour after mixing and she has proper formed poos! :D

Merl has grass longer than that and his poo is sloppy. I wouldnt worry, he'll soon get used to the grass but if you're worried a grazing muscle can help. We have pretty rich grazing at our yard and its not suprising a couple have come down with laminitis already having only been on the grass a week .

yup, pink powder is fab stuff. you can accept that he'll get better, but make him more comfortable until then by using a digestive enhancer.
