Yep, he's here! Dutch has been moved and settled into his new pen at Singletree stables. Pretty happy with how everything went, a little cool and rainy later in the day but hey, its ok! :) What you say, rain in Cheyenne? It happens on occasion! :p
Here are some photos:
All settled into his new pen! (had to adjust brightness/contrast to really see him, the sun was just bright enough to make him look completely black.

Then we went for a short ride in our new home arena!

More pictures and whatnot to come as the months and years go by that we're in the same town! :D I'm just so happy!!! :D :D

thanks so much!! He's been to this stable before once or twice for an indoor lesson during this past winter. So it's not completely new to him. And he is a very brave boy. We were riding for about 15 minutes walk/trot, didn't want to push him, and he was such a good boy!!

thank you so much W'jit and sancho! Dutch has been a dream to work with since I've seen him EVERY DAY since last Friday... one whole week, and loving every minute of mucking his poo! (he he he!)
I lunged him over really small cross rails and then an 18 inch (ok, probably not even that high) rail today in preparation for some jumping we'll do tomorrow. I had to make sure he knew what he was doing before I got on his back. :)
Next Saturday is the schooling show I entered. But I do not know if I will be able to get there, we do not have a horse trailer yet :( And my original plan of borrowing a nice lady's trailer has fallen through  Please think of me about this and send your good vibes across the ocean! I really want to go! It's an 18" high cross country course and a walk/trot dressage test. Sigh!
