worming 6 wk old foal

Can someone please give me some advice on when to worm and what is best to give a 6 week old foal?

Mum was done a month before foal was born with equimax and tape medication, which last for 3 months.

i used eqvalan and estimated the foals weight, i think i gave about a third of a syringe....

but once the grip thing gave way and the foal got the whole syringe, she was absolutely fine, they have wide safety margins on them, modern wormers, thank goodness

i would agree with teabuiscuit our vet told us its vertuall impossible to overdose with wormer it would take about 40 whole paste syringes to make a large horse ill
