Hi,

I bought my loan pony a new lightweight turnout and it came today. It's lovely and fits her quite nicely, but it seems quite tight around her chest and shoulders. I thought about buying a chest expander for her. However, I can't seem to find one which fastens to the fastenings at the front. It is a horseware amigo rug, and the fastenings are like the ones on this rug:

It's like the fastenings you get on surcingles, I'm not quite sure what they are called. However, all the chest expenders I can find online are for rugs which fasten with buckles. Does anyone know where I can find one for a reasonable price that attaches to the fastenings on the amigo rugs? Or, if we couldn't find one, do you think it would be possible to extend the front straps, or make a kind of chest expander of our own? Any ideas?

Thanks in advance :)

Check out www.horseware.com i got mine from there and it was brialliant, plus it matches his rugs colours so blends in. Mine was about 7-euro i think but that could have been on sale...plus im sure they would post it to you. Have you checked out Robinsons-uk or ebay as an alternative?
