After much consideration I have decided to take Max barefoot again.
Since having shoes on his front feet have become obviously more flared, and he is still sometimes footy on stony ground. I think his recent susceptibility to laminitis may be related.
I now have the time and money to put into transitioning him, and the pictures shown of horses that have had there shoes removed are incredible.
But...I can't seem to find a trimmer! :(
I've found a list of EP's, but none of the locations given are near me (Herts/NW London). There are some listed without location that may be in my area, otherwise
Can anyone recommend a trimmer in the Herts area, and how far are they generally willing to travel to trim one horse?
Thanks:)
