well im buying honey some hoof boots but which are best boa or old macs ??

ive recently brought a pair of boa boots for my mare who had lgl/bruising (we still arnt sure!)

i love them, they fit her really well, are easy to put on and quick with the dial fastening.

i tried old mac g2's on her and the back strap woulnt do up!!

i have the old macs. only on the front, they seem good, bit fiddly though

I have marquis boots, they dont rub, easy to put on and all part are replaceable

right ok vos i need something quick and easy to put on as she can be fidgety around the hooves lol

I've tried both and old macs are way better than Boas IMO. My Boas got abandoned in a hedge the third time I used them and ebayed soon after. There are more fiddly straps than Boas but easier to pull onto the foot since they open out.
