I just wanted to say Hello to everyone. I stumbled across this forum and it looks very helpful :) I've been riding off and on over the years with no formal training.....until about 2 months ago. So far eveything is going well. I'm currently looking for a horse, and it has come down to two choices. One is a leopard appy she's about 15yrs old , and the other is a 7yr old paint gelding. I'm going to look at the paint tomorrow :D I'm not sure what else to tell you about myself. I look forward to chatting with you all :)

What are you going to do with your new horse ? Do you have a discipline in mind ( I'd guess more western than english based on the types you're looking at ? ) or are you mostly trail riding ?

Oh - and of course ... we'll all expect piccies of whoever you come home with :D
