What Are They?

Revel was a stud breeding Welsh Mountain ponies (Sec A). They bred some very famous ponies who had a big influence on Sec A lines, such as Revel Revolt, Revel Chip and his son Revel Centre. Influences in Revel breeding include Clan, Vardra and Coed Coch breeding.

My A mare has a lot of Revel breeding.

My sec B is Revel bred.

Revel Saled is her sire and yes it is based on Coed Coch lines

My mare also has Downland lines (dam Downland Geum)

Revel is sec A lines even though my mare is a sec B as she is a A x B registered sec B

I have just sold a nice Section Gelding (2 year old) and he has the following in his pedigree:-

He is a very good looking boy and has a temprement to die for.

Revel ponies are stunning :) I have a yearling, steel grey with four whites, he looks like a minature arab, he is the sweetest pony i have ever owned, his temperament is second to none. His revel breeding on his passport is, Revel Spirit, Revel Polish, Revel Chelsea Fan, Revel Salvo, Revel Humming Top, Revel Prophet, Revel Hallmark and Revel Crusader. I saved him from the knackers yard at our local auction, there were 10 colts all going for pennies :mad:,
