Having looked at a couple of pictures of amba's landing after a fence is it bad?normal? for them to have their front legs sprawled out straight can it mess their landing up?

:o Sorry the only reason why i asked is in all the other pics her legs aren't that straight and she stumbled quite a bit on the landing going this straight, was just wondering whether they were both linked? I think your right though :o

It looks odd as you've restricted her head (by the look of it she's put in a huge leap and you've been left behind a bit:o).
Because she's had to shorted her neck (normally she would really stretch out on landing) her front legs appear to be 'hanging' out in front. The straightness is normal - it's just the moment you've captured. A split second later and she would have extended her legs even more, ready to land heel first.

Thanks PL's yes :o i did get left behind a lot of the time, she does so many big leaps and taking off early and i think the fact i stay so behind till the last second, don't go into forward seat that quickly, i get left behind.
Thanks :)
