Friday & Saturday are the long awaited days of my exam to be a fully certified therapeutic riding instructor (currently I'm certified as a therapeutic riding assistant instructor as well as a certified regular riding instructor)
And boy oh boy... I'm starting to get the butterflies!

Tonight I'm getting my papers in order to hand in (lesson plans, homestudy...). I just got my lesson topic today & due for Friday.
I've been re-reading all my medical & protocol segments. Oh there's so much!

So stressed about it gave myself a cold sore :( (did the same thing for my technical)

So guys send me some NR vibes! I know my stuff but I'm my own worst enemy at exams!:o:rolleyes:

Thanks guys!

I'm really getting anxious now... I have the toughest topic of the group: figure 8

Thing is we don't know which group of riders we are to be assigned. And the groups are mixed. So we have riders that are only physically impaired, so they will get the complexity of this figure but in each group there is a rider that has a learning disability which it will be confusing for them to fully comprehend. Our arena is barely big enough (the extra space is taken up by the ramp, seating area & cupboards), so optimal positioning is not easy for someone that can't rotate around for a full view of the demo.

Oh well... I think I'll go to bed now, no sense in trying to cram more info into my head, it'll only make me more nervous. The exam starts in 12hrs.

Tomorrow I am to hand in my lesson plan, we are the given our volunteer training topic & teach it right away. So we have to know our stuff because we have no clue what it will be & will have no prep time. Then it's the written exam; all medical!
