Losing shoes & lameness

My new horse has lost her front shoe...again!! There where too many nail holes & it just fell off:rolleyes:

Now she is lame, why is that?? When Blackie loses a shoe I can still ride & allsorts but with her she goes lame immediately.

Is there anything I can do to help this??

No, her feet are obviously in too poor a condition to manage without any protection. All you can do is wait until the shoe is refitted or try using a hoof boot, some of which like the Easyboot Epic are available to buy singly.
