Hogged manes and showing

Is it accepted? I havent shown for over 6 years but mica is going nicely over jumps and since trimming her up she would probably do nicely in a workers course. She is a little 15hh chestnut cob. She is hogged due to sweet itch - would this go against her?

If she is a show cob then it's fine. If she is actually a hunter then yes, it would, but the extent would depend on the judge.
