Polework

Attempted my first session of polework ever after some tips from Nik-n-Kia. Also managed a jump, which although was only 1ft, isnt too bad for someone who has never jumped before. I know the quality of the video is not good, but took it via mobile. Also took a photo and want to know if my leg is too far back. Have a funny feeling it is. Apologies for the quality so understand if you cant make anything out.

Your link for the vid isnt working...

if they're meant to be trotting poles, they are too far apart, look ok for canter poles though, though I suspect this is too advanced for someone learning to jump... Your lower leg looks fine, but it's quite a distance shot..

You could practise your jumping position as you go over the poles..
