If everything goes to plan i should be taking Gypsy to my first proper show next month.
I am not going to enter any classes to competitive because it will be my first show and i dont want nerves to get the better of me.
So i am thinking of just doing clear round jumping and maybe unaffiliated show jumping. Gypsy has been to lots of shows before so that is no problem.
I need to buy or borrow a show jacket. Also the classes will be judged under B.S.J.A rules, so this means i cant wear chaps and will have to wear gaiters. (I have checked the rules). However i dont own a pair of gaiters, so how much do you rekon i will have to pay out to buy a pair?
Does my hat have to be plain black all over? (Mine has a silver stripe bit on it.)
Also if i have to wear a number how do i attatch it?
And how should Gypsy be turned out?
