I've been feeling rather upset and depressed at the prospect of B having to semi-retire (I have a sharer to be able to afford him at the mo, and if he semi retires it means I'll only be able to ride him once a week as I cant cut her riding time back) so made this little movie about how much I love him!!

What a great tribute to Brandy, I remember when you posted on EW and you weren't quite sure if you should buy him or not. You've done him proud, you're not losing him altogether just slowing down a bit.

and yes, I totally wasnt sure. Thought he was too small and too old for me, but he's turned out to be my perfect pony! He's given me sooooo much confidence! I love him to bits! (when I look at the pictures of me trying him he looks sooo small compared to pics of me riding him now! Think they must have given him a shrinking pill that day! lol!)

LOL, I was Susie on EW, but I haven't posted for ages on there, it's not the same as it used to be in the early days! Brandy looks so much fitter and happier now, thanks to you, I must admit I wasn't sure about you taking on an elderly pony but I'm glad to say you proved me wrong and you look great together!

I'm slowing him down now... kinda semi-retiring him. He's still going to be ridden just only three times a week for rides of up to 1 1/2.

He's my darling wee poppet and I want to keep him as fit and happy as I can for as long as I can. He'll have looked after so many riders over his life time and given them so much pleasure that its time for him to be pampered (not that I havent always pampered him!)

He has a home for life with me... I bought him knowing that that was what I was going to have to provide for him, being an older pony.
