Can any one please explain to me what it means when a horse is in-season? i know the basics but am not fully sure that i know all that i need to know as i have a mare. :)

A horse in season is basically "their time of the month". They get a bit stroppy, or agressive, but it depends on the horse. Dipity tends to just be a tart-bum in horse's faces, squirting and winking.

Thanks! thats what i thought but wasnt totally sure! ummm.....they also flirt a lot don't they!
