one more question! WHat colour tie?

I am going to do my first showing class and as the title says, what colour tie should I wear for the ridden m&m class? (I only have a black jacket).

Am going to have to scrounge one as I don't own a tie! Have never had to wear one before! :o

I have a purple tie, some people dont like it, but it looks fab with a black horse:D

Dylan's black and his colour is burgandy - so I agree with you there! :D

So, can it be any colour then? Does it have to be a solid colour too or can it be patterned?

I think solid or patterned is ok, i have a 2 solid blue ones, purple with gold dots, green with horseshoes and a pony club one.
I think as long as it isnt to garish its ok.
as to colour, what ever goes with your horse and you, ads a bit of colour but doesnt go over the top.

Not a solid colour. ;) My show ties have tiny horses on, or one has squares.

My black jacket is downstairs or I'd take photos, but out of the three ties I have in my wardrobe it looks best with red. Burgundy is a bit bland against it, and the gold was ok. Anything bright really, but not too bright as you want them to focus on the horse. ;)

Ah great! I shall have to see what there is in the house and get a lesson n how to tie it! ;)
