I usually ride with a breastplate, will I need to take it off for ridden m&m? And is diamonte browband ok? :p

Yes, and if you want you can, although if you have a plain one (to match the noseband) that'd be better.

Will use the plain one then. And that saves the hassle of taking the breastplate off too.

You should have a hunter bridle (no diamonte) and I don't think you should have a breastplate either.
