My pony has got a swolen fetlock on the near hind leg and i don't know what it could be.
Anyone got any ideas?
It did have 2 bumps as you can see on these pictures:

But i hosed it for 10 mins and the bumps went away:

There is no heat, and he is sound in walk and trot, and fine when ridden in walk ( i thought a walk might get rid of the fluid- if it was fluid, but now i'm not sure ).
Any ideas?

Yeah that looks like windgalls to me, same as beau has. They shouldn't be causing any pain or discomfort and I also hose to take the swelling away.

We'll have to keep track on both our posts and swap the advice between us!

Yes will swap any advice lol!!!
Do you think i should stop trotting and cantering in the field?
Stop trotting on the road?
Or carry on as usual?
What about jumping? I'm meant to be doing a little clear round in an arena on sat, what do you think?

Just try to avoid too much work on hard ground I think, I have been mainly riding in the menage to get her fit so its not been too much stress on her legs, but I have also been hacking out and cant deny a little canter on the stubble fields :D it wouldnt be fair on her!
If they were causing her any pain then I wouldnt ride her and I'd give her some rest, I've been putting boots on her but atm she only has brishing boots and Id like to see if I can get some better ones, want some advice before I start parting with cash!!
